How it works
How We Work With Participants & Families
Disability support through Blooming All Care starts with understanding a participant's current routine and which tasks they'd like help with. Where support is NDIS-funded, we ask for relevant details from the participant's plan or support coordinator to confirm what can be arranged and how.
From there, we agree on the specific tasks and visit frequency together with the participant, and family members or carers where they're involved in the arrangement. We're happy to talk through how support might fit around existing routines, appointments or other services already in place, so the arrangement works with a participant's life rather than around it.
